I can’t say enough good things. I needed to board my cats just for the day. I called and Emily accommodated this request despite not usually doing this type of boarding. She could have charged more for something like and charged me less. Drop off was a breeze. Pick up was a bit more difficult as one of my cats did not want to get out of the cat condo she’d tucked herself away into. I felt so terrible and both Emily and the staff were so understanding and patient. Emily even came back to help get her out. And she did!!! She’s magical. I can’t recommend Love Us and Leave Us enough. Bring your cats or dogs!!! They’re so friendly and amazing. I’m blown away.

The place is outstanding . They know how to treat the pets under their care and are extremely professional and foster trust through their communication with the pet parents and the care of our pets. LULU has been amazing in helping our dog assimilate into the LULU community. He comes home happy and fulfilled from a day of socializing. Every staff interaction has been an exceptional. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place! The staff is knowledgeable and very professional. My dog was welcomed and felt comfortable the minute he walked in. I am grateful to have found such a magical place. My pup loves to attend both daycare and boarding. This place is a must for pups. ♥️

If I could give 10 starts I would. I have a boxer LunaJane. Such a sweet heart but she was so high strung and I didn't know what to do and I was not enjoying my time with her at all( I was so close to saying good-bye...it really was that bad!!!!) A friend mentioned LULU and I decided to try it. They saved us, She started going twice a week and it is just what we needed. After years she began to get cranky and they had no choice but to ask me to stop bringing her, this was for the safety of the other dogs and I respected that. I couldn't be mad because Renee & Paul didn't just give up, they reached out to me and offered to take her on off lead hikes with some other dogs. The picked up & dropped off without interrupting my schedule at work. Luna loved it and it was amazing but unfortunately the transportation broke and hikes were no longer. At this point Luna was getting older so we were OK. I now take my 3 year old boxer Ruben Jay to LULU and he loves it there. They focus on socialization with the utmost safety and I never have to worry about my Ruben. They truly love what they do. This business while some think its a luxury is one of the best things I have done for my dogs. LULU from your dogs perspective is a night out with friends and fun...We deserve this and so do they!!!!! If your worried about their safety...don't. They are always around, watching, playing, interacting and taking lots of fun pictures of your babies. Who doesn't love to see their favorite fur babies become Facebook famous. I have trusted LULU staff with my beautiful babies and I urge you to do the same. Plus Ruben is looking for some new friends!!!!

We have been with LULU from the very beginning and always have trusted them completely with all with our dogs. When we recently lost our beloved lab of 13 years in August, Renee was one of the first to call us with condolences. So nice knowing they loved our dog as much as we did! Thank you all for everything you do!
